DIY Button Rings

Materials:
colorful felt squares
assorted buttons
plastic covered bendy wire (you can also use color coated paper clips)
sturdy metal wire or paper clip for making holes
sharp scissors or fabric shears for cutting
pinking shears for fun zigzag effect
Sharpie marker
1. Gather your colored felt. 2. Sketch out your flower or circle shapes on felt with a Sharpie marker. 3. Choose your button colors. 4. Cut a 3" strip of metal wire and bendy color coated wire. 5. Cut out your first and second felt layers in two different colors and shapes. 6. Poke two holes through your felt layers with your sturdy metal wire or paper clip. 7. Thread your bendy wire through your holes. 8. Lace your bendy wire through your felt layers and finally your button holes. 9. Take one side of your bendy wire and wrap it tightly around the other creating tension on the top of your button. Keep wrapping until it feels secure and then trim the excess bendy wire. 10. Shape the back of your ring into a circle and slide one on a finger.. or ten!
