What can we say? We love love. Here are 10 of our favorite Valentine’s Day activities. From process art, to folk art, to watercolor gem hearts, no-sew pillows, and sculpting with clay! There is something for everyone! Enjoy🤍
Heart in hand Folk Art Project
This is hands down our favorite Valentine’s Day art project. We put the ART CAMP spin on a classic folk art design but the sentiment behind the art is the same: a handmade token of friendship, honesty, and love.

2. Gem Heart valentines
let your love shine bright like a diamond with this semi-handmade art experience! Use this project pack to make: class style “you’re a gem!” valentines, a garland to hang on your wall, backpack charms or necklaces. This is one of our best selling printable packs and it just got even better because we added 2 new gem heart designs and another version of the You’re a Gem valentine. So fun!

no-sew HEART pillows
Three cheers for a fiber he(ART) project! These plush beauties are inspired by the iconic simplified line portraits of Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse. They make a really fun fiber art extension for a Picasso or Matisse study and I could also see them being gifted to a very special someone for Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day. You can stitch them or keep them no-sew!

Valentine’s Day Egg Carton Wreath
if you are looking for a gorgeous love-day decoration that you will treasure for years to come.. this is the one! Your friends will ask if you are taking commissions.. ask us how we know!

Cardboard Heart Rays
We are big fans of up-cycled art projects and this cardboard heart craft is one of our all-time favorties!
cut some cardboard hearts and strips. 2. mix a beautiful array of warm and cool colors (we used acrylic but you could also use tempera or watercolor). 3. paint your hearts and rays. 4. when your painted cardboard pieces are nice and dry you can assemble your heart rays with a low temp hot glue gun. 5. hang your heart ray collection on a wall or gift a few to your favorite valentines! Have fun🤍
Rainbow Hearts on Wood
have you ever painted on a wood canvas? If not, you are in for a treat! Yes.. you can even paint with WATERCOLOR! I know, right? The trick is to not oversaturate the wood. Because it is a porous surface, it does bleed a bit. Keep a paper towel handy for dabbing brushes and use more paint than water on your brush and you should be golden ✨
Cardboard Love Bugs
another up-cycled craft that is sure to be a hit. Lay out a gorgeous art supply buffet and watch the bug-building-magic unfold!
